This course provides a comprehensive introduction to

the FeedRoom 4.0 online video platform, including digital asset management, reporting and analytics, player embedding and workflow automation.

 

 

 

Duration: 4 hours

Offered as a two-part online session.

ActiveMedia End-User Training

 

This course reviews system capabilities and basic principles of digital asset management—from metadata management and ingestion to compound document considerations and asset distribution. “Train-the-trainer” presentation and lab materials prepare attendees to educate users on basic asset management functions.

 

 

 

Duration: 1-2 days, dependent upon customer requirements relative to structured training, interactive labs and testing.

 

ActiveMedia Administrator Training

 

Ideal for anyone responsible for ActiveMedia administration and configuration. The course offers a comprehensive overview of the administrative, ingestion, and delivery capabilities of ActiveMedia and training on use of the system’s powerful security model. System concepts covered include domain, role and user management, as well as metadata templates and compound document management.

 

 

 

Duration: 1 or 2 days, dependent upon customer requirements relative to structured training, interactive labs and testing

ActiveMedia Workflow  Automation Training

 

Prepares Application Administrators and Project Managers for the roles and responsibilities associated with using  ActiveMedia’s Workflow component. Training targets individuals involved with internal decision-making on workflow processes, project template creation, and identifying and assigning tasks. Other topics include workflow privileges, admin UI features, future workflow processes, canceling, pausing and reassigning.

 

 

 

Pre-requisite: ActiveMedia End-User and Administrator Training, and overall knowledge of production environment

DAM Business Analysis

 

This highly interactive course provides project managers and other team members a structured forum for mapping business requirements to ActiveMedia capabilities. Business use cases and workflow help attendees define requirements for metadata templates, collection structures, roles and domains.
