This course reviews system capabilities and basic principles of digital asset management—from metadata management and ingestion to compound document considerations and asset distribution. “Train-the-trainer” presentation and lab materials prepare attendees to educate users on basic asset management functions.

Ideal for anyone responsible for ActiveMedia administration and configuration. Prepares Application Administrators and Project Managers for the roles and responsibilities associated with using ActiveMedia’s Workflow component. Training targets individuals involved with internal decision-making on workflow processes, project template creation, and identifying and assigning tasks. Other topics include workflow privileges, admin UI features, future workflow processes, canceling, pausing and reassigning.
